Party Gallery is a premier wedding vendor, serving Southern Oregon and Northern California. They specialize in event planning, coordinating, and decor rentals. They officially opened in April of 2016, and this team of experienced and dedicated women knows just how to take any event from typical to spectacular!
What was the inspiration for starting Party Gallery?
Four years ago, Angie was getting remarried and she had the vision for what she wanted but quickly became frustrated that she couldn’t find a company in the area that was a one stop shop for wedding rentals and planning. Jen, who had been working as COO for a bridal gown designer in Australia had moved back to the Rogue Valley, was looking for a new challenge.
Having been business partners in the past, they were excited about the prospect of working together again. So, they got together, did some serious brainstorming, and came up with the concept of the Party Gallery. They would provide event planning, coordinating, styling, and rental services. If the Party Gallery didn’t have something the client needed, they would go out and source it for the client.
Both Angie and Jen had years of experience with design and coordinating events, but they felt they needed to add someone to the team who could be the dedicated wedding planner/stylist/coordinator. They knew Erica would be the perfect fit. She had years of experience in the event planning field and was a person who knew how to get things done. So, with the team complete, they hit the ground running and haven’t looked back!

What do you love most about what you do?
There is no better feeling in the world than having a client say how much they were actually able to enjoy their event and not have to stress about a single thing.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned in your business?
That building relationships within the event community is key to success. This is still a word of mouth business, and we love nothing more than referring customers to our carefully cultivated list of vendors.

What advice do you have for couples planning their weddings?
Once you get engaged and have your date set, we recommend that you sit down with your partner and figure out who you want involved in the process and how much of the process you are willing or able to do yourselves.
